Contact Form and quote your order number and the style, colour & size you want to exchange to. Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately upon arrival to ensure the product is returned within a 30-day period from time of purchase. Please choose carefully, we do not issue refunds for change of mind. Products deemed worn will be returned at buyers cost.
Faulty Products
We provide a 3 mth warranty period on any manufacturing faults, not including reasonable wear and tear, as per ACCC guidelines. Please contact us here to start the process. After we receive images and investigate the details, we will opt to repair or replace the product, where possible, as per ACCC rules. If the goods have left Australia the warranty no longer applies.
Cancelling
We reserve the right to cancel any order. If we do not have the product you have requested, we will offer a different product or issue a refund, through the initial payment method.
Reselling
Only 'Authorised Retailers' have the rights to re-sell our products. If you are found to be a re-seller we will reserve the right to cancel your order.
