Australian Merino Sheepskins are superbly suited to footwear. Our tanning process takes about ten days, during which the hides are cleansed, combed, buffed, polished and dyed with care. Overseas the process can take 3-5 days and often reduces the quality of the finish of skins creating a more synthetic like results thus reducing the quality, durability and effective heat regulation. Having our own tannery here in Australia means that we can ensure the very best quality from sheep to every pair of boots. As the only sheepskin footwear manufacturer in Australia, our family owned company takes great pride in our 100% Australian owned and made product range.
