At UGG Australia®, we're committed to crafting premium-quality footwear using the finest Australian Merino sheepskin. As a natural luxury material, sheepskin deserves the right care to help maintain its softness, appearance and longevity for years to come.

To help protect and preserve your boots, we offer a range of specially formulated care products designed to nourish, refresh and defend against everyday wear. Our non-toxic Water & Stain Protector helps improve water resistance and reduce the risk of marks from spills and moisture.

Finding the Right Fit

UGG Australia® boots are made to Australian Standard sizing. We recommend selecting your usual shoe size for the best fit. Size Charts.

Your boots should feel snug when first worn, as the natural sheepskin lining will soften and mould to your feet over time. After several wears, the fit will relax slightly to provide exceptional comfort.

How to Apply Water & Stain Protector

1. Test the product on a small, inconspicuous area before full application.
2. Hold the spray approximately 10cm from the boot.
3. Apply a light, even coat over the entire surface.
4. Allow the boots to dry completely.
5. For maximum protection, apply a second coat and allow to dry thoroughly before wearing.

We recommend reapplying every 3–4 months, or more frequently if required, to help maintain colour, appearance and water resistance.

General Care & Maintenance

Like all suede and sheepskin footwear, UGG boots benefit from regular care.

• Avoid excessive exposure to water.
• If your boots become wet, allow them to dry naturally at room temperature.
• Never place boots near heaters, fireplaces or direct heat sources.
• Once dry, gently brush the suede using a suede brush to restore the nap and remove surface dirt.
• Regular brushing will help keep your boots looking their best.

Please note that we do not recommend washing UGG Australia® products, as results may vary depending on the condition and age of the sheepskin.

Decorative features such as buttons may require repair or replacement over time as part of normal wear and are not considered manufacturing defects.
