Refunds


Please choose your products carefully! - we do offer repair or exchange of incorrect or faulty product at a freight charge depending on the area, as outlined in the ACCC, Consumer Rights & Guarantees if the product received is within our 3 month warranty period. If you receive a product which is not as originally ordered, please contact us on our Contact Form with details of your original purchase including your order confirmation receipt. Please include your order number with the product upon return to us and follow our instructions from the email you receive from us for exchanging an item. We only offer refunds for issues that can not be resolved with a repair or exchange.


Exchanges


Please choose your products carefully! - we do offer an exchange of incorrect or faulty product at a freight charge depending on the area, as outlined in the ACCC, Consumer Rights & Guarantees if the product received is within our 3 month warranty. We do not offer exchanges for a cheaper item with a partial refund. Please contact us on our Contact Form and quote your order number to enquirer about an exchange of size. Please notify us of any discrepancies immediately upon arrival to ensure the product is returned within a 14-day period from time of purchase. We do not exchange, refund or provide credit for ‘change of mind’.

Important note: Only 'Authorised Retailers' have the rights to re-sell our products. If you are found to be a re-seller we will reserve the right to cancel your order.

Try before you buy: The shape of people’s feet vary: Even when people have feet of the same length, each may differ in foot width, height of instep, heel size and depth of arches and may require different sizes to suit. When buying boots, keep in mind differing variations of each individual's foot dimensions, when selecting products that will be best for your size.


Discontinued Items


We do not provide refunds, returns or exchanges for Discontinued items.


Faulty/Damaged Goods


If you receive a product which is damaged please contact us at our Contact Form with details of your original purchase and order number. Select the Damage or repair enquiry on the form and specify the fault with detail. We will send you a Returns Authorisation. Please include your order number with the product upon return to us and follow our instructions from the email you receive from us for repairing an item. We use the Australia Post delivery service, please check their website for shipping & tracking options.

Please note: if the goods have left Australia the warranty no longer applies.
